Why not set up Numeracy Awards for Year 7s? We ran ours at 3 levels - Bronze, Silver and Gold. Students memorised and used the Numeracy in their Planners to answer quick quizzes at break times each week. Simply adapt the resources to suit what your students have in their planners.
